Clairaudience & Channeling

Channeling and clairaudience and more or less the same thing, except clairaudience is really about hearing spirits around you while channeling can actually open up a channel with a spirit that is not in your vicinity but who you want to attract to yourself for a conversation.

Clairaudience is simply a matter of going into a room you believe is haunted and listening quietly. Today digital recorders can be used to pick up voices, but in the past it was down to the human ear.

Channeling though is something more complex, here you actively try to communicate with an entity be it your Guardian Angel or a demon, it is a way to call for and then interact with this being.

To channel you need to be in a good environment for this, so a room full of incense and angel pictures might help with angelic contact and a room full of ritual and magickal objects might aid contact with a deity. Its best for you to set a room up with the deity/entity you want to contact in mind.

Then with eyes closed just imagine a tunnel and at the end of it see a tiny point of light. Now very slowly move towards that light and call out the name of the person/deity you want to contact. If you have no name then a few words to describe them will do - you can speak or just say the words in your mind. Then gradually move closer to the light and repeat the name. As you finally enter the light you may see nothing more or an image might emerge - either way you are now in contact. You might feel a little odd/strange, this is just normal. What happens next is any ones guess but more than likely just quiet your mind and listen to your inner voice or any voice within.

If you are luck you will start to get words and things that do not seem normal for you - its hard to say at this point whether this is your subconscious or the entity you have contacted, but write or tape record these words by speaking them and you can analyze them later to see if they seem like your own mind or another. You can also ask questions to the entity when in this state and these will often be answered.
