Clairsentience

Also known as clear sensing - this is the ability to pick up an object or just go into a room and sense a psychic imprint left there from an earlier time or even sense a current psychic event (ghost etc). Some people are just born with this ability while others decide to develop it themselves.

If wishing to develop your clairsentience abilities then you will need to begin by opening a pathway between your higher self and the everyday You that is reading this now. Meditation is a good way to make this connection and is as simple as:

Sit or lie down and just close your eyes and relax. Then imagine a golden halo above the crown of your head, this is your higher self and see a line of golden light coming down from this halo and going straight through your head, down through your chest and to the tips of your toes engulfing your body with golden light as it travels downwards. This is the first stage complete.

Next you need to take up an object that you know the history of, preferably something with a long history of 30 or so years and with your eyes closed or open, it matters little, try and feel and sense the history to the object. As you already know its history your mind will paint a picture for you based upon your imagination. This is quite normal and the best way to start because you are forging a link between the object and yourself even though you already know the details. Carry this out with a number of objects over a few days, all objects you know the history of. Eventually you can move on to objects you do not know the history about and again your mind will give you glimpses and pictures but this time they will be imaginary and real. Its now a matter of practice to try and find out which is which. You will probably find that you eventually can discern whether your mind is giving you a real picture or an imaginary one just through instinct.

The best test is to get an object from a friend who knows its history and ask them to leave it with you a few days, you write down everything that you “pick up” from the item and then compare your results with what your friends says.
