techniques in this guide are perhaps the most powerful ever used by mystics

What I am about to say may seem at first quite bizarre, nevertheless it is also unnervingly fruitful in helping you achieve your goals. Essentially there is a sense of willingness to the universe, perhaps even a consciousness that can make things happen. Within creation it is those people who have very specific goals that do best at achieving the results they desire. The Universes seems to offer more respect for a mind that dares to be different and break the chains that bind it to a mundane existence. There are too many people just happy to let life roll straight over them and make no attempt to mould it to their needs. The Universe respects and gives help to those people who dare to stand out from the crowd and shout "I am different, I can change things, I can make a better life for my self". Whether or not a Universal Consciousness is real or imaginary, it is a fact that a strong enough person can impose their will upon reality, to make changes favorable to themselves.
It is as if a person, once they call loudly enough, can get things and achieve results that seem impossible or at least improbable. This guide will show you how best to harness your own natural energies to stamp your will upon reality to get what you want from life.
The main thrust of the techniques you must master is a specific exercise to be followed daily. On top of this is a need for you to change the way you think in certain areas to help break down the barriers that stand between you and your dreams. This is no easy task though, it takes time, patience and effort to truly make permanent changes to your life. You may get strokes of look upon your way, but essentially you will be made to work hard for your results. But once you have mastered the ways of thinking described in this guide, then you will have a profound way to alter the course of your life for the better.
Begin by reading through this guide start to finish, then plan how best you can fit the various techniques into your day and week so as to achieve maximum results from the least amount of time. It is important to box and categorize periods of time to achieve your goals. It is no use just half heartedly attempting a bit here and a bit there, you have to put your whole energies and attention into the changes you wish to make.

The Mountain Exercise
Called the "Mountain Exercise" as this is the first push you will make each morning towards your goals. This has been used in various forms, the one presented here is simply a version that is most relevant to people of the 21st century.
Stand upright in a place where you will not be disturbed. Now stretch your arms high above your head touching your hands together and stretch your whole body as if you are trying to reach the sun; hold his position to a count of ten breathing as you wish. Then relax you arms back to your side.
Next, with your eyes closed count up from one to ten and with each number increase you tone slightly from low at one to higher at ten, then stretch your arms high above your head to the sun again. Hold the stretch for a few seconds then repeat the exercise again, counting from one to ten and then stretch. Once complete you can rest a few seconds.
With your arms by your side then say "I have burning desire to achieve all my goals"
pause for a few seconds and then say "With every breath I take my dreams become reality" pause a moment then say "I have the power to burn like a sun, scorching my will upon this realm of illusions"
It is important that you learn these three phrases and say them one after the other with your eyes open or closed. Failure to do this will prevent you from any success, and the inability to do such a simple task will mean that greater tasks are beyond you.
After the three phrases already spoken you need to add a sentence or two based upon your specific goals at that moment in time. For example "money is my friend, it flows into my life like rain in the Autumn" or "I am the luckiest person in the world". Always speak as if the thing you desire has happened and is in the present tense. That way your subconscious mind accepts it as reality and finds ways to make it true. It may seem only a little thing but sentences are like seeds in your mind, if repeated long enough and with enough desire then they will become real. You must be very specific and deal with one problem or concern at a time and work with it for many weeks if necessary. So once a month you can rewrite your own phrases changing then a little so that they may become more effective. Or completely reworking them if a goal has been achieved and you are setting up a new one.
So what you have is a poem and a little exercise. Doesn't seem like much, but completed daily (you can even do it in the bathroom) it will begin to have effect. This is not enough in itself to change your life, you need to work on the problems you wish to overcome in a few more detailed ways.
Visualise and Verbalise
VISUALISE or VERBALISE WHAT YOU WANT recreate it in every aspect
This is an extremely important part of the way that your mind works. By sending out thought forms you are imposing your reality upon the greater reality of the world. So on a daily basis you need to visualise exactly what you want. Using the example of wishing for a dream house, it is no point just waking up in the morning and picturing any old house. Be more specific, decide how many rooms it will have, add a garage if you want one, add a garden, picture the kind of brick work. Mentally or verbally go inside the house and picture or describe how you would like to decorate and furnish each room. In other words you are presenting to your mind exactly what you want it to acquire for you. Your mind needs this master plan from which it can fulfil your dreams.
write down what you want
If you are not particularly good at visualisation then you can write down what you wish to acquire or achieve. Doing both visualisation and writing will be best. If using the writing method, you must write down exactly what you want from the new home in every detail, sounds simple, but then each day you have to rewrite this picture adding newer details as they come to you. The same is true for visualisation, as the first days image of your dream home will have less detail then the next days as your mind will automatically add detail. But you must take time with the visualisation and take time with the writing, do not rush things as you have to make time to practice or your mind will just not absorb the detail needed.
People often rush around, snatching a moment here and a moment there, but those who take time to sit and think, to visualise and explore ideas are the ones who will make a success out of their lives.
Cutting out pictures of what you want is one of the most powerful tools at your disposal. If you can present a photograph of the home you want or the car or even the person you want to have a relationship with, then this will sear the image into your subconscious in a way that nothing else will. This method is simple, you just take a photograph or cut one out of a magazine or even draw the object if you are an artistic type of person, then once or even twice a day pull out the picture and spend ten minutes looking at it, examining the various angles and views of it and just imagining how you will feel with this object in your possession.
Go and see what you want
Another powerful technique to master your subconscious mind it to go and actually see the object of your desire. If this is a house or car then it is a simple as walking to the place where it is displayed or stands. If the object of your desire is a person then you need to study the person when they cannot see you watching them. Look at their hair, skin, clothes etc, breathe in their whole aura, let yourself see every detail that makes what they are to you. This technique can be carried out when you have time, but once or twice a week is worth aiming towards.
why do all of this
Well, it is all about saturating your conscious and subconscious mind with a set of images and a way of life that you want. Because parts of your mind are rebellious and will say "I can't do that or be that" but other parts just accept what you imagine as truth and attempt to make it reality. This is why it is so important to pull together all your resources towards a specific end.
You, like any person, have a history, a past, some of it good and some of it bad. You have been fed thoughts that you are a certain type of person, some of theses thought will have been negative. At times people will have said "You cant do that" or "She isnt that kind of person". Well, here we are about to remould your mind and personality to what you really want. These techniques if used regularly will begin to wash away and cleanse you of the damage done from your past. A new person will emerge with a set of goals that can be achieved and a personality that will wield incredible power.
Other ways to improve your chances
You will also do best to put yourself in the correct situations and give yourself the best chances of gaining your desire. This means if you want to attract more money and all you do is sit waiting for it to appear then, with the relevant techniques as described, you may well be successful. But you need to let reality have as many opportunities to give the money to you as possible. So buying a lottery ticket or a few premium bonds will open up other avenues, entering competitions to win your desired object would also be useful. Reality can be bent easer than complexly broken. So if you want a new car and the chances of your boss suddenly giving it you are remote, then you need other avenues, as mentioned, for the universal consciousness to give you your wish.
STUDY YOUR SUBJECT _ feed your mind
Sometimes you may have an opportunity to add further ways to increase your chances for achieving a goal. If you are aiming to become better in a specific area then learning your subject matter is also incredibly important. Now I, the author of this guide, left school in the eighties with a few low grade CSEs, equivalent to a handful of GCSE grade E,s, but using the techniques in this booklet I went to night school and did a few basic courses in English, Sociology and psychology, the next years I progressed to a higher level of course and within two years had gained entrance to a BA (Hons) Degree Course. After gaining an upper second in this I went on to gain my Master Degree (MA). Not at all bad for some one who left school at 16 with nothing but a youth Trianing Scheme place. And I achieved this by gradually, year by year, believing I could achieve anything I desired and built up a knowledge base and learnt to handle English grammar a little better. You too can start at the bottom, learn your subject and rise to any level you wish. All you need is the techniques in this guide and a burning desire to make something of your life.
Also, try to think outside of the box, if you desire a specific person to fall in love with you are begin a sexual relationship there are things you can still learn. Go to the library or book shop and get biographies and autobiographies about people who have a achieved what you want to achieve. Learn how they did it and try to emulate their behaviour, don't ever feel you are too old or clever to learn. We all can learn more and that is a fact.
