If you have more of a wicca, pagan or occult shop, then a different part of the site will be more suitable and can be created for your shops audience (gothic, pagan etc). A New age shop will tend to sell a number of supplies in a variety of areas that may come from a few dozen belief systems. The new age is very much a time (now) and a post-modern experience as it takes the post-modern age to truly look back over thousands of years of mystical history and choose to gather these together under one new age heading. In time this new age will split into its component parts and there are already signs of this happening. Many ideas that came in the 1980s through new age shops have now become revitalized belief and mystical systems in themselves such as Eastern mysticism, Buddhism etc. So in many ways the new age is your starting point for learning more about what mystical areas interest you the most, then you can specialise in these if you wish.
